In the case of products purchased, our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the faulty item or the refund of its purchase price as per the terms of our guarantee.

Despite our best efforts it is possible that an item on our website may be incorrectly priced. In this event we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept the order and notify you of the correct price. We may however, at our discretion, honour the order at the quoted price.

Unbeatable Inks supply only UK customers, so all prices shown on the website are in UK pounds sterling. Your debit/credit card will be debited in UK pounds sterling.

UK Delivery

Unless otherwise stated delivery on whole order is £1.99 to anywhere in the UK, whether you order 1 product or 10.

Our promise to you is that we offer unrivalled customer service, which we believe is second to none. All of our orders are shipped either 1st class using Royal Mail or for larger orders, by carrier. With most of our stock available for immediate despatch we can normally deliver to you in 1-2 working days, although occasionally this may take longer as Royal Mail do not guarantee next-day delivery of items posted 1st class.

Please notify us of any shortages/discrepancies within 3 days of receipt of order. If the parcel arrives damaged please inform us immediately. If it is a signed for delivery please sign as damaged.

Order Tracking

You can track the progress of your order at any time, simply by logging into your account and clicking the My Orders link.

As part of our service we also email you when we are processing your order and as soon as it is despatched, so you are kept fully informed of progress.

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days of this notification please let us know and we will contact the Post Office or carrier. Please note however, that the Post Office does not consider a parcel missing until 15 days after despatch.

Refunds and Returns

You may return any unwanted item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. Please Contact UnbeatableInks before sending back the item, as we will need to allocate a returns number. The item must be in its original packaging and suitable for re-sale. Please ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office (available free of charge) when posting the item, or send by Special Delivery if value exceeds £34.

Any item that does not form part of our normal range, but that has been specially ordered for you cannot be returned unless faulty.

Unless otherwise stated all items are covered by our 12 month no-quibble guarantee and if found to be faulty during this period may be retuned for replacement or a full refund. Again, please contact us first for a returns number and ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office when posting the item, or send by Special Delivery if value exceeds £34. If returning a faulty ink cartridge please include a sample print if possible.

Your Privacy

When you shop at UnbeatableInks we need to store certain information to allow your order to be despatched. For example we need to store your delivery address to be able to send your goods. These details are used for the sole purpose of assisting you in using our shop. We do not pass your details on to any other company - ever.

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and resolution of any legal disputes will take place in the English courts.
