UK Delivery:-
Unless otherwise stated delivery is £1.99 per order to anywhere in the UK.
All of our orders are shipped either 1st class using Royal Mail or guaranteed next working day (Monday - Friday) by carrier. Carrier deliveries require signature upon receipt. Most stock is available for immediate despatch.
In stock compatible and remanufactured cartridges are normally despatched on the day of receipt of the order if received by 2.30 pm, using 1st class Royal Mail. Whilst receipt is normally next day this may occasionally take longer as Royal Mail do not guarantee next-day delivery of items posted 1st class.
In stock original cartridges are normally despatched on the day of receipt of the order if received by 5.00 pm, using guaranteed next working day (Monday - Friday) by carrier at no extra cost. In the unlikely event that the delivery does not arrive the next working day after despatch (Monday - Friday) Unbeatable Inks will pursue the matter with the carrier on your behalf, but any claims arising as a result of late or non delivery will be the responsibility of the carrier.
Please notify us of any shortages/discrepancies/damaged items within 1 working day of receipt of order. If the parcel arrives damaged and it is a signed for delivery please sign as damaged.
Order Tracking
You can track the progress of your order at any time, simply by logging into your account and clicking the My Orders link.
As part of our service we also notify you by email when we are processing your order and as soon as it is despatched, so you are kept fully informed of progress.
If you do not receive your order within the period specified in this notification please let us know and we will contact the Post Office or carrier. Please note however, that the Post Office does not consider a parcel missing until 15 working days after despatch.
Refunds and Returns
You may return any unwanted item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. Please Contact UnbeatableInks before sending back the item, as we will need to allocate a returns number. The item must be in its original packaging and suitable for re-sale. Please ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office (available free of charge) when posting the item, or send by Special Delivery if value exceeds 10x the cost of a 1st class stamp.
Any item that does not form part of our normal range, but that has been specially ordered for you cannot be returned unless faulty.
Unless otherwise stated all items are covered by our 12 month no-quibble guarantee and if found to be faulty during this period may be retuned for replacement or a full refund. Again, please contact us first for a returns number and any additional posting instructions. Normally we ask you to use 2nd class post and ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office when posting the item, or send by Special Delivery if value exceeds 10x the cost of a 1st class stamp. If returning a faulty ink cartridge please include a sample print if possible.
