X-PRINT
Xprint has evolved into one of the fastest growing brands in the after market for ink and toner. With European Headquarters and a Distribution Centre based in South Ruislip, Middlesex the supply chain covers not only all parts of the UK but also Europe. The company has been extensively involved in the distribution of remanufactured and compatible ink and toners for 5 years in the UK and now has offices in the USA; Florida and LA, California, with a fourth office now open in the Indian sub-continent.
This global approach to business ensures that we are able to not only source the best products at the best prices but also have a cartridge collection service that is unrivalled.
Xprint supply products that are designed and tested to work not only first time but every time and are committed to product quality that far exceeds industry standards.
The business objective is very simple, "to provide Inkjet & toner products which are indistinguishable from the original product and to ensure that every customer has a positive experience when using any of our products. We aim to provide products which require the least amount of time and effort to install and which can produce image quality equivalent to the product manufactured by the printer manufacturers themselves.
Our commitment to our customers whether they be retailers, wholesalers, distributors, resellers or most importantly end users is total and is the focus of everything we do.

• Aftermarket cartridges for new printers as they are released into the UK, European and American markets, before anyone else.

But what really makes us stand out is that we supply all these to the highest possible environmental standards.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q. How many printers can use Xprint Universal refill Kit?
A. Over 750 different inkjet printers and fax machines.
Q. How many times can I refill on one cartridge?
A. This will depend upon the type and condition of the cartridge and whether it is allowed to stand for any period of time without ink. Treated with care, it is reasonable to expect around 5-8 refills before the cartridge needs to be discarded.
Q. Is the ink waterproof?
A. No, although high water resistance can be achieved when our ink is used in conjunction with our own specialist papers. Contact our sales or technical team for further details.
Q. Does the ink fade in sunlight?
A. It is quite UV resistant, but will fade in time.
Q. Are Xprint inks a pigment or a dye?
A. We use dye-based inks to ensure that our colours achieve maximum vibrancy, which pigmented inks cannot display.
Q. Will using Xprint Inkjet refills void the manufacturer’s warranty?
A. No. Our inks are guaranteed not to cause damage to your printer.
Q. Can a cartridge that has been empty for some time be refilled?
A. It is possible, however we do not guarantee a successful refill if a cartridge has been left empty for more than 2 - 3 days, especially in a warm environment.
Q. Who can I call if I need help?
A. Xprint has a helpline that is open Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 6pm. If you require any help, please call 0870 042 1380. Alternatively contact us by e-mail on support@pclineink.eu.
Q. What do I do when I’ve filled a cartridge but it doesn’t print?
A. If the cartridge has been filled and does not print, hold a piece of tissue against the print head to test if there is ink flowing to the print head. If the tissue does stain, but printing does not ensue, it is likely that the circuit in the cartridge has failed and is no longer useable. Regular topping up of the cartridge can minimize this problem.
Q. Will the refill ink be compatible with the ink left in my cartridge?
A. Yes, we have designed the ink to work in all types of ink cartridges; in fact we feel that you will see virtually no difference in performance and colour.
Q. Are the colours the same as the original?
A. The colours are virtually the same as the original. Any difference can easily be adjusted in your printer software.

HP VIVERA INKS
Incredibly complex to us, incredibly simple for you. HP Vivera Inks are optimised to work flawlessly with select HP printers and HP Premium Plus "photo" paper to deliver magical prints, every time.
It's all in the ingredients
At a molecular level, the dyes in Vivera Inks are built to withstand the negative effects of light and pollutants, so they stay vivid for generations. Uniquely, Vivera's dyes do not compromise between rich colour and fade resistance
Nothing else like it
HP's ink chemists typically design up to 1,000 prototypes. All are subjected to hundreds of tests to see how the ink interacts with the cartridge, printer and paper. More than 80 tests may be conducted on the print attributes of the ink and paper alone, to ensure the best possible results.
Purer than pure
The slightest ink impurity can reduce image quality and clog print-heads. Which is why HP Vivera Inks are exhaustively tested, ensuring they are free of harmful contaminants.
Developed from the ground up
Unlike other ink manufacturers that simply dilute dark inks to make "light" inks, HP Vivera low-colorant inks are designed specifically to ensure photo-quality images that capture the true-to-life colours.
Show your true colours
A nine-ink printing system, including HP Vivera gray photo inks, creates up to 72.9 million color combinations, offering exceptionally radiant color, enhanced shadow detail and reduced image grain for stunning, realistic photo prints that resist fading for generations.

ENVIRONMENTAL
Millions of ink and toner cartridges are simply thrown away every year, ending up in landfill sites across the world. The plastics and metals they contain take thousands of years to decompose. Recycling helps prevent this. Re-using what would normally be thrown away has dramatic effects. It not only protects our environment, recycling slows mans consumption of the earths already depleted resources.
MORE INK. LESS WASTE
Our recycling process ensures that each cartridge we are able to re-use is full to the maximum with high quality printer ink. Due to the technique used we are, in many cases able to offer extra ink within the recycled cartridge when compared to the original cartridge initially manufactured! Benefitting you and the environment twice over! As the cartridge is not only recycled but contains extra ink, therefore lasting longer.
RECYCLING INKJET CARTRIDGES
Virtually all of Jet Tec's remanufactured cartridges are produced using cartridges collected by The Recycling Factory. The cartridges are checked at the incoming inspection point to verify that they function correctly. We then clean the cartridges thoroughly to remove all the residual ink and clean the printhead. Once this is complete, the cartridges are refilled, 100% tested and taped ready for packaging. Due to Jet Tec's unique remanufacturing processes, over 90% of all cartridges collected for recycling are successfully remanufactured and sold to be used again.
RECYCLABLE PACKAGING
Jet Tec are fully committed to reducing landfill with an overall objective of 0% landfill. The new blister pack, which has been significantly reduced in size when compared to previous packaging will replace the current carton packaging. Not only is the blisterpack now made from recyclable materials, the cartridges are, if possible also made from recycled materials.

LEXMARK
Are you ready to make the move to truly colour rich printing? Lexmark’s range of printers, cartridges and paper take print quality to a whole new level. Lexmark ink and paper have been specifically developed to work with Lexmark printers to produce crisp black text and long lasting vibrant colour documents and photos. By using our printer, inks and paper, your photos can last up to 200 years! Choose Lexmark for improved quality and durability versus traditional print methods.
All Lexmark inkjet cartridges have the actual print head, there where the core inkjet technology lies, integrated to the cartridge bottle. The main advantage to having the print head as an integrated part to the cartridge is that Lexmark customers get a new print head with each cartridge replacement! This is each time like getting a brand new printer all over again! No risk of deterioration of the print head (and therefore a decrease in quality) during the life of the printer as can be the case with other manufacturers who integrate the print head as a fixed part inside the printer itself. Lexmark was the first manufacturer to introduce 1200x1200 dpi print heads. 1200x1200 dots per inch is the ability that Lexmark print heads have to place individual droplets of ink accurately on a 1200x1200 matrix per square inch of paper. Extreme precision and high resolution lead to the first class print quality provided by Lexmark printheads. With the introduction of the Z52 Color Jetprinter with its High Resolution Standard Yield Color Print Cartridge, that can achieve a resolution of 2400x1200 dpi, Lexmark provides the ultimate in high resolution printing today!
Lexmark uses pigment-based inks for the development of all their black inks. The reason for this is simple as pigmented inks are extremely resistant to fading over time, waterproof and even infra-red readable! The Lexmark pigmented black ink ensures maximum performance in black text print quality. The result is incredibly sharp, crisp, laser-quality images and text, even on plain paper!
For all the colour inks Lexmark chooses to use dye-based inks because of their unique ability to create richer and brighter colours, a wider colour ink spectrum and light fastness. Lexmark has increased the percentage of dye in its latest generation of inks by 30%. This increase in the amount of dye creates brighter, richer colours that dramatically enhance the quality of prints. All Lexmark printer drivers offer a choice of printing modes based on the quality required and the time available to customers. The Quick Print mode (600x300 dpi) uses less than 50% of the ink quantity used in higher printing modes and provides a maximum print speed while still ensuring a more than acceptable quality. The Quick Print mode enables you to use the ink in an economical and efficient way based on your specific needs!
